My microphone doesn't seem to be working.

Having difficulty getting your microphone working? Never fear! Occasionally your internet browser may have difficulty interacting with your computer's microphone, and thankfully there is a quick fix:

1) Close your internet browser entirely, and ensure that the process shuts down.
2) Restart you browser and try rejoining your Speek line.

If you're still having trouble getting your microphone settings working, make sure you have your settings in order for Firefox, Chrome, and Safari.

If you change mic inputs: 

When you join a call via the web, your browser defaults to whatever microphone is set as the default for the browser. Make sure to double check your browser’s settings and change the default input microphone to your desired one. Even then, you may need to clear cookies and cache and restart your browser in order for it to switch.
