My microphone stopped working during my VOIP session

If you are using our VOIP client and your microphone is not working (no one can hear you), try the following steps:

1. Close your browser entirely, and attempt to rejoin the call. 

2. Ensure that your microphone's settings are set up properly in your browser (Chrome, Firefox).

3. Ensure that your computer is accessing your microphone, and that it is set-up to take in your microphone's input.
